Finally, the video clip from Egypt titled “Windbreeders” is online. It features action of Steven Van Broeckhoven, Max Matissek, and myself. It’s filmed only with GoPro’s and edited by Max. I look a little bit crazy in the clip, but if you know me you hopefully don’t think I’m as crazy as I seem in the video... Check out the clip here, and if you like it share it with your friends: WINDBREEDERS
I’ve been doing some studying and surfing the last couple weeks in and around Vienna, Austria. We’ve had some good wind under the bridge last week, followed by 4 great days in Podersdorf, and now the last 3 days under the bridge on 4.6. I’ve never sailed such windy bridge days before, and it was a LOT of fun. Thanks to the Hauft’s and WindKraftSport for some of the photos below.
Needless to say, with all that sailing I really didn’t have much of a chance to study, so I need to focus the next few days on my exams. I got 2 left, and if I pass those I will have my BSc in Management from the University of London.
The first one I write during my layover in Moscow on the way to the EFPT event there. Due to the exam I will miss the first half day of competition, so my fingers are crossed for no wind then. After competing in Eysk I have my 2nd exam on May 30th, so if there’s not much wind in Russia you’ll know what I’m doing.
Enjoy the photos and video, and follow me on twitter for updates from the EFPT event in Russia: Live updates from Russia on Twitter
